3. TechCare Membership Terms

Month-to-month membership. First month is due at enrollment. Future renewals are billed monthly. Benefits are suspended after a failed renewal payment; a 7-day grace period is provided to cure payment before membership cancellation. Upgrades take effect immediately with any applicable prorated difference; downgrades take effect next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewal; the current paid cycle remains active and is not prorated.

4. Payment Method

Secure payment: Card information is entered securely through Square and is not stored by this website.

I authorize Poetic Levels LLC / BJH Tech Services to securely store this payment method with Square and use it for my TechCare membership. Today’s enrollment payment and future monthly membership renewals will be processed according to the TechCare Membership Terms.
