Marketing Enrollment

1. Parties & Services

This Marketing & Consulting Service Agreement is between BJH Tech Services, a Poetic Levels LLC company (“BJH”) and the enrolling client (“Client”).

BJH will provide the recurring marketing, digital presence, consulting, content, website, search, and related services included in the Client's selected plan, subject to the plan's defined scope and reasonable-use limitations.

2. Selected Plan

Client is enrolling in the selected plan at the displayed monthly rate.

3. Recurring Billing

The selected plan is billed monthly through Square. By completing enrollment, Client authorizes recurring charges for the selected plan until properly canceled in accordance with this Agreement.

Third-party expenses are not included unless expressly stated. These may include advertising spend, domains, hosting where applicable, premium plugins or software, paid stock or media licensing, printing, professional photography or videography, actors, and other outside production or platform costs.

4. Monthly Deliverables

Monthly deliverables are available during the applicable service cycle and do not roll over into future cycles if unused.

A “post” means one unique content piece. A content piece cross-posted to multiple included platforms remains one content piece. Platform-specific creative, edits, or copy may count as additional content.

5. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated, one reasonable revision round is included for each content item before publication. Material changes, additional concepts, or substantial post-publication rework may be treated as a new content request and count against applicable plan usage.

6. Short-Form Video

Short-form video deliverables are generally approximately 15–60 seconds and may use Client-provided, Client-approved, licensed, stock, or AI-assisted materials as appropriate.

On-location filming, professional photography, actors, elaborate production, specialty equipment, travel, or other production services are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Social & Platform Access

Client agrees to provide the access reasonably necessary for BJH to perform contracted services. Delegated administrator, partner, or role-based access is preferred whenever supported by the platform.

BJH does not require social-media passwords to be submitted through ordinary enrollment forms or email. When direct credential transfer is genuinely necessary, a secure credential-sharing method may be used.

Client remains responsible for ownership and control of its accounts and may revoke BJH access following termination, subject to any outstanding contractual obligations.

9. Content & Publishing Authorization

Client authorizes BJH to create, prepare, schedule, and publish content within the scope of the selected plan and Client's supplied brand guidance, approvals, and instructions.

Client is responsible for identifying content, claims, offers, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or regulated information that requires special handling or must not be published.

10. Client-Provided Materials

Client represents that it has the necessary rights or permission to provide logos, photographs, video, music, copy, trademarks, testimonials, account access, and other materials supplied to BJH for contracted work.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Social networks, search engines, hosting providers, domain registrars, advertising platforms, Square, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

BJH cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, platform approval, algorithmic performance, account verification, search ranking, advertising approval, or results controlled by third parties.

12. Performance & Results

Marketing services are intended to improve the Client's digital presence and support growth. BJH does not guarantee a specific number of followers, views, leads, sales, revenue, search position, engagement level, or other business outcome.

13. Client Cooperation

Timely performance may depend on Client approvals, requested information, account access, brand materials, website/domain access, and other Client responsibilities. Delays caused by missing Client information or approval do not create additional rollover deliverables.

14. Support Targets

Support timeframes shown for each plan are acknowledgement targets, not guaranteed completion times. Project complexity, third-party dependencies, emergencies, and Client response times may affect completion.

15. Initial Commitment & Cancellation

Cancellation stops future service according to the applicable commitment and billing terms. Cancellation does not erase amounts already due, completed work, third-party expenses, or other obligations incurred before cancellation becomes effective.

16. Privacy & Data Handling

BJH will use Client information and account access for the purpose of providing contracted services, administration, support, billing, security, and related business operations.

BJH will not intentionally use Client access to impersonate the Client outside authorized services, cause harm, or disclose or sell Client credentials for unrelated purposes. Reasonable safeguards will be used for information under BJH's control.

17. Scope Changes

Services beyond the selected plan—including additional website pages, major functionality, custom integrations, excess content, outside production, or work beyond reasonable-use limits—may require a separate quote or written scope adjustment.

18. Electronic Agreement

Client agrees that checking the required acknowledgements, typing the authorized signer's legal name, and submitting enrollment constitutes an electronic acceptance of this Agreement.

The parties should retain a copy of the completed agreement for their records.
